By accessing or using the StarPharmTec wholesale platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility and B2B Operations
StarPharmTec operates strictly as a B2B (Business-to-Business) pharmaceutical and medical-aesthetic distributor. By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are purchasing goods for business, clinical, or professional use, not for personal consumption.
- You hold any necessary medical or business licenses required by your local jurisdiction to import and handle aesthetic and pharmaceutical products.
- You meet our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements as specified per product category.
3. Pricing, Currency, and Payment
All prices listed on the storefront are in USD ($) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed in full before the order enters the preparation and shipping phase. We currently accept bank transfers and credit cards.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any change will not affect orders that have already been paid and confirmed.
4. International Shipping and Customs
StarPharmTec provides fast international shipping from our headquarters in Seoul, South Korea. However, the buyer bears full responsibility for the import process:
- The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees in the destination country.
- StarPharmTec is not liable for packages delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities due to non-compliance with local regulations or lack of required import permits.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical and medical-aesthetic products, refunds and returns are strictly limited:
- Orders can only be canceled if the status is "Payment Pending" or "Payment Completed" before the products enter the "Preparing" phase.
- Once an order is shipped, returns are generally not accepted to ensure the safety, temperature control, and integrity of the supply chain.
- If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
6. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
